• Game data (progress, answers, camera proof photos, treasures, rankings, trades) — to provide the game (contract).
• Location data when you use map features — to show locations and verify play (contract / consent via your device).
• Support messages — to answer your requests (legitimate interests).
• Usage and device data (IP address, device and browser type, language) — for security, fraud prevention and improving the Service (legitimate interests).

Who we share data with

• Service providers who host and operate the Service (hosting, database, storage, AI translation).
• Paddle, our Merchant of Record, for purchases, payments, tax compliance and invoicing.
• Professional advisers (legal, accounting) where needed.
• Authorities where required by law.

Your public hunter profile, rank and showcased treasures may be visible to other players according to your privacy settings.

Our providers may process data outside your country. Where required, we rely on appropriate safeguards such as Standard Contractual Clauses.

Retention

We keep your data while your account is active and as needed for legal obligations. When no longer needed, it is deleted or anonymised.
