Terms of Service

These Terms govern your use of Kanzhunt (the "Service"), a treasure-hunt game platform operated by kanzhunt ("we", "us"). By using the Service you are entering into an agreement with kanzhunt.

1. Acceptance

By creating an account or continuing to use the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service. You must be of legal age in your country, or have a parent's or guardian's permission, to use the Service.

2. The Service

Kanzhunt offers solo treasure-hunt games with levels, clues, locations and collectible treasures. Some games are free; others require a one-time entry fee to unlock access.

3. Your account

You must provide accurate information and keep your login details confidential. You are responsible for activity under your account.

4. Acceptable use

• No unlawful use of the Service, or use that harms others.
• No fraud, cheating, fake proofs, spam or impersonation.
• No infringement of intellectual property rights.
• No interference with security: malware, probing, scraping, reverse engineering or circumventing technical limits.
• When playing outdoors, respect local laws, private property and your own safety. You play at your own risk.

5. Intellectual property

kanzhunt retains all rights in the Service, including software, game content, documentation, logos and branding. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the Service for personal play. Photos you submit as proofs remain yours; you grant us a licence to host and process them solely to run the Service.

6. Payments

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns. Payment, billing, taxes, cancellations and refunds are governed by the Paddle Buyer Terms and our Refund Policy.

7. Service level

We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free or always available. The Service is provided "as is", and to the fullest extent permitted by law we disclaim all implied warranties.

8. Suspension and termination

We may suspend or terminate your access for material breach of these Terms, non-payment, security or fraud risk, or repeated or serious policy violations. You may stop using the Service at any time.

9. Liability

To the extent permitted by law, kanzhunt is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability is limited to the fees you paid in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing limits liability for fraud, death or personal injury where the law does not allow it.

10. Changes

We may update these Terms. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
